The day was packed with amazing energy and sites to see. The square has so many lovely parks, restaurants and shops, I began to see why Laura & Nick love it and why they may never leave.
One of my personal favorite pictures from the day came right after Nick had dipped Laura...it's only fair that the man in the relationship should get dipped too!
One of the many amazing backgrounds that Lincoln Square presented us with was a big, bright mural (below) - the perfect spot for the recently engaged to snag a little smooch :)
We walked all over, ducking in between alleys and under signs that we found interesting. We stood under railroad tracks that had pigeons flying about and the loud sounds of the trains coming in and out of the station just above us.
At one point we tried to stop for ice-cream but the store had a line about 30 people deep and we decided that even though it sounded devine, it just simply wasn't worth the wait...we had business to take care of.
We stopped at a local pub named after a poplar shopping street in Dublin, Ireland. There was live Irish music in the background while we wet our whistles and rested our feet.
Talking about their wedding plans, it was easy to see that they have such a profound respect and love for one another. While soon-to-be brides may feel compelled to plan everything solo, you could tell they are united in the process which warmed my heart.
